Food is my favorite way to connect with people, can turn a stranger into a friend, exchanging stories with each other, while also enjoying a delicious meal. I love making food for people that adds another layer to the storytelling already being told. I carry on my mexican american cooking traditions into my meals with the influence of the southern californian coast.
