Food is my favorite way to connect with people, can turn a stranger into a friend, exchanging stories with each other, while also enjoying a delicious meal.

Making food for people adds another layer to the story being told. A multi-generational approach to still honor the classics with a fresh twist. I carry on my Mexican-American cooking traditions into my meals with the influence of the Southern Californian coast.
